There was a lot of hype surrounding the match up of LaMelo Ball’s AAU team, Big Ballers and Zion Williamson’s SC Supreme team. With over 800,000 viewers streaming online and a full gym, the game certainly lived up to the hype. Many people who planned on attending weren't allowed in the arena. LeBron James was even told to stay away from the event, an Adidas official told Las Vegas Police. His presence would have caused the already chaotic scene to be much worse.
“Nobody else is getting in,” an Adidas official told a crowd waiting to get in about 45 minutes before tipoff. “If you’re not a college coach or with Adidas or with the NCAA, please leave. It’s time to go.”
With tons of action on both sides of the court, Williamson’s SC Supreme squad went on to win the game 104-92. Williamson contributed 32 of those points while Ball finished with 35 points.
